I got out of the Air force in late 1976 when it was hard to find a
job.
Received an MBA in 1980 thanks to the VA and went into real estate
appraisal,
opening my own small company in 1989. My only claim to fame is that I
am
the #1 certified appraiser in Georgia (certification number).
Never married and increasingly have a hard time getting a date.
Belong to two clubs with seven golf courses. I am either working or
playing golf; so if you are ever in the area, bring your clubs.
